RESERVATION

To make a reservation:

First you must send the following documents:

A/ Valid IDENTITY PROOFS, including the photograph and signature of the holder among the following documents:
1. French or foreign national identity card.
2. French or foreign passport.
3. French or foreign driving license.
4. Document justifying the foreign rental candidate's right to stay, in particular, temporary residence card, resident card, national card of a member state of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

B/ PROOF OF ADDRESS: a single proof of address from the following documents:
1. Three last rent receipts or, failing that, certificate from the previous lessor, or his agent, indicating that the tenant is up to date with his rents and charges.
2. Certificate of choice of address establishing the link with an organization approved under Article L. 264-2 of the Social Action and Families Code.
3. Certificate on the honor of the host indicating that the candidate for rental resides at his home.
4. Latest property tax notice or, failing that, title deed to the main residence.

C/ PROOF of resources: TWO or more documents attesting to resources among the following documents:
1. The last or penultimate notice of taxation or non-taxation and, when all or part of the income received has not been taxed in France but in another State or territory, the last or penultimate notice of imposition of the tax or taxes which take the place of income tax in that State or territory or a document in lieu thereof drawn up by the tax authorities of that State or territory.
2. Last three pay slips.
3. Proof of payment of internship compensation.
4. The last two balance sheets or, failing that, a certificate of resources for the current financial year issued by an accountant for self-employed professions.
5. Proof of payment of compensation, retirements, pensions, social and family benefits and allowances received during the last three months or proof of entitlement, established by the paying agency.
6. Simulation certificate established by the paying agency or simulation established by the tenant relating to housing assistance.
7. Notice of scholarship award for scholarship students.
8. Title to real estate or last property tax notice.
9. Proof of land income, life annuities or income from securities and movable capital.

ONCE YOUR APPLICATION IS SENT:

If you are accepted, we'll be confirming your booking by phone or email.

You'll be receiving within 48h:
-2 copies of your lease
-Certificate to be filled out by your garantor
-Your authorisation for the standing order of your bank.

You must send these completed files (date and signature) through the mail as well of the deposit.

CAUTION! Your deposit will be refunded 60 days after the last day of your lease.

Dommages done to the apartment will be charged on the amount of the deposit.

The deposit cannot be use as a rent.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE:

You must give us your insurance contract which is mandatory obligatoire!

Only foreign are allowed to give these insurance and the BIC within 3 days.

RENTAL WITH RENT SUBSIDY

In order to apply, you need:

1-To rent a apartment with very low comfort and less than 9 square meters.
2-To pay the rent by yourself
3-Not having any other help from your country social services

Anybody can apply for any type of apartment.

Application forms to apply:

1.If you really have any help from the gouvernment (certificate of this help)
2.Photocopy of your valid picture ID
3.A proof that you've already lived in the PACA
4.An original BIC
5.Allocation of your scolarship if you're student and if you have one

For foreign tenant, adding to the previews documents :

-A copy of a valid VISA
